The “Floral Festa,” held throughout the Rinkai Fukutoshin district this spring,
features a vibrant array of flowers across the area, as well as art installations inspired by plants and light.
By exploring the area and participating in the stamp rally and various events, you’ll discover your own personal favorites.
Enjoy a heartwarming spring experience in this place where nature and the city harmoniously blend.

- “Symphony of Flowers and Light”
The Rinkai Subcenter is enveloped in flowers and light. Under the theme “Spring in the Rinkai Subcenter: Colored by Flowers and Light,” a variety of displays—including installations and projection mapping—will be presented throughout the Rinkai Subcenter. In addition to the beauty of seasonal blooms, a “second floral landscape” created through video and graphics will produce a different atmosphere by day and night.

- Hello Kitty’s Great Adventure in Rinkai Fukutoshin!
- Floral Festa Stamp Rally
Join us for a stamp rally in collaboration with “Hello Kitty.” Limited-edition Hello Kitty characters will make special appearances at select locations! Enjoy spring in Rinkai Fukutoshin while collecting stamps, and get your hands on original Hello Kitty merchandise!

Food Truck Collection
4Every weekend from Saturday, April 4 to Sunday, May 24, a variety of food trucks will be on site! *Excluding Saturday, May 2 and Sunday, May 3
The “Sanrio Strawberry House” will also be making an appearance on Saturday, April 25, Sunday, April 26, Saturday, May 9, and Sunday, May 10!
